目的  研究胃正常組織、不典型增生組織和癌組織中Ki67和PTEN蛋白的表達情況,探討其與胃組織癌變的關系及作為早期癌變生物學標志的可能性。
方法  應用免疫組織化學SP法對22例胃正常組織、80例不典型增生組織及60例胃癌組織中Ki67和PTEN蛋白的表達情況進行檢測。
結果  在胃正常組織、不典型增生組織及胃癌組織中PTEN蛋白的表達陽性率呈遞減趨勢,Ki67蛋白則呈遞增趨勢; 等級相關分析結果顯示PTEN和Ki67表達陽性率與胃黏膜組織從正常至不典型增生再至癌變這一過程均相關(r分別為-0.461和0.301,P<0.01)。PTEN的表達與胃癌的Lauren分型、分化程度、浸潤深度無關,與淋巴結轉移有關。Ki67的表達與胃癌的Lauren分型、淋巴結轉移有關,與浸潤深度、分化程度無關。PTEN和Ki67蛋白的表達在胃癌組織中呈負相關(r=-0.316,P<0.05)。
結論  Ki67和PTEN蛋白的表達異常與胃癌的癌變過程相關,兩者有可能成為胃組織早期癌變的分子標記物。
