目的研究Lumican在結直腸癌組織中的表達,探討其與結直腸癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展的關系。方法應用免疫組織化學鏈霉菌抗生物素蛋白過氧化物酶法(SP法)檢測Lumican在114例結直腸癌組織及43例癌旁正常結直腸組織中的表達。結果Lumican在正常結直腸組織中無陽性表達,在結直腸癌組織中表達陽性率為79.82%(91/114),在結直腸癌組中Lumican表達陽性率明顯高于正常結直腸組織,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P lt;0.05)。結直腸癌組織中Lumican表達強度與結直腸癌的分化程度呈負相關(rs=-0.246,P=0.008),在Dukes分期的A+B期中明顯低于C+D期,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.047); Lumican的表達與結直腸癌患者的年齡及性別差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P gt;0.05)。結論Lumican在癌旁正常結直腸組織中不表達,在結直腸癌組織中有表達,提示其可能與結直腸癌的發(fā)生有關; 且Lumican的表達可能與結直腸癌細胞的分化及Dukes 分期有關,其在細胞內(nèi)表達狀況可作為判斷結直腸癌生物學特性的有用指標。
