目的:探討24 h平均脈壓(PP)對(duì)高血壓病患者左心室肥厚(LVH)的影響。方法:入選原發(fā)性高血壓病患者136 例,進(jìn)行24 h 動(dòng)態(tài)血壓監(jiān)測(cè)和超聲心動(dòng)圖檢查。根據(jù)24 h 平均脈壓水平各分為3組進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果:24 h平均脈壓與年齡、左心室重量指數(shù)、動(dòng)脈僵硬度指數(shù)有顯著的相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:脈壓升高是老年高血壓病患者左心室肥厚的重要危險(xiǎn)因素。
