目的：評(píng)價(jià)宮腔聲學(xué)造影(SHG)對(duì)子宮內(nèi)膜息肉的診斷價(jià)值。方法：對(duì)臨床擬診宮內(nèi)膜息肉的76例患者進(jìn)行TVS、SHG及宮腔鏡手術(shù)病理檢查，并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果：以手術(shù)病理結(jié)果作為診斷金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，內(nèi)膜息肉48例，黏膜下肌瘤9例，內(nèi)膜增生10例，宮腔內(nèi)機(jī)化血凝塊3例，正常內(nèi)膜6例。SHG對(duì)子宮內(nèi)膜息肉診斷的準(zhǔn)確性為93.4%，敏感性為93.7%，特異性為92.8%。TVS對(duì)子宮內(nèi)膜息肉診斷的準(zhǔn)確性為59.2%，敏感性為81.2%，特異性為21.4%。兩種方法對(duì)內(nèi)膜息肉的診斷準(zhǔn)確率比較有顯著差異(χ2=5.45，P=0.019)。結(jié)論：宮腔聲學(xué)造影準(zhǔn)確率高，是診斷子宮內(nèi)膜息肉的可靠方法。
