目的 觀察小鼠肺組織中β-防御素-4(mBD-4)和mBD-6的基因表達水平,以及急性肺損傷(ALI)對其表達的影響。方法 將60只成年昆明小鼠隨機分為ALI組和對照組(每組30只),用脂多糖腹腔注射復制ALI模型,于不同時間點處死小鼠獲取肺組織,實時熒光定量PCR檢測肺組織mBD-4、mBD-6的基因表達水平,測序鑒定PCR產(chǎn)物的特異性。結果 對照組肺組織中各時間點及ALI組6 h點均無mBD-4、mBD-6基因表達,而ALI組12 h,1 d,3 d時點表達顯著升高(依次為mBD-4:0.0326±0.0104,0.0487±0.0126,0.0468±0.0092;mBD-6:0.0397±0.0083,0.0444±0.0072,0.0425±0.0113)。ALI組小鼠mBD-4表達在12 h時點顯著低于1 d,3 d時點(P均 lt;0.05),在1 d與3 d時無顯著差異(P gt;0.05);ALI組mBD-6表達在12 h,1 d,3 d時間點無顯著差異(P gt;0.05)。結論 mBD-4和mBD-6基因在昆明小鼠肺組織中沒有組成型表達,而ALI可以誘導其表達。
