通過(guò)對(duì)左半結(jié)腸一期切除吻合術(shù)后應(yīng)用新斯的明，從組織學(xué)等指標(biāo)觀察對(duì)結(jié)腸吻合口的影響。結(jié)果提示：術(shù)后早期使用新斯的明可迅速排除腸道內(nèi)容物，減輕吻合口炎癥，促進(jìn)吻合口愈合。進(jìn)而提出了術(shù)后應(yīng)用新斯的明的安全性及注意點(diǎn)，并且闡述了結(jié)腸吻合口漏發(fā)生的主要機(jī)理及預(yù)防措施。
