目的觀察脂質體介導增殖細胞核抗原（PCNA）對肝癌細胞增殖的影響。 方法根據PCNA cDNA序列設計合成與PCNA mRNA AUG起始密碼子后的18位堿基序列互補的PCNA反義寡核苷酸，脂質體介導轉染人肝癌細胞株，通過細胞生長曲線測定，MTT比色法檢測PCNA反義寡核苷酸對人肝癌細胞的生長抑制率，比較陽離子脂質體介導轉染法與直接轉染法的區(qū)別。 結果PCNA反義寡核苷酸作用后的肝癌細胞，生長明顯受到抑制。應用陽離子脂質體介導轉染能顯著提高PCNA反義寡核苷酸的抑增殖效應。結論利用陽離子脂質體介導轉染PCNA反義寡核苷酸能顯著提高對人肝癌細胞增殖的抑制效應。
