• 廣東省人民醫(yī)院肝膽外科（廣州510080）;

目的 探討經(jīng)骶尾入路手術(shù)在低位直腸良性病變及早期直腸癌局部切除中的應(yīng)用價值。方法 對我院1997~2002年間，應(yīng)用經(jīng)骶尾入路手術(shù)治療的24例低位直腸腫瘤患者進行隨訪及療效判斷。結(jié)果 直腸絨毛狀腺瘤14例，絨毛狀腺瘤癌變7例，直腸類癌3例，經(jīng)5個月~6年的隨訪，所有患者均無瘤存活。結(jié)論 骶尾入路手術(shù)具有簡單易行、手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷小、術(shù)野寬敞等優(yōu)點，是治療低位直腸腫瘤的較好方法。
