目的 探討大腸癌患者外周血CK20 mRNA的表達及其意義。
方法 用逆轉(zhuǎn)錄-聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)（RT-PCR）方法檢測42例大腸癌患者術(shù)前、術(shù)后外周血及20例大腸癌患者新鮮癌組織標(biāo)本中CK20 mRNA的表達，另以20例健康成年自愿者作對照。
結(jié)果 42例大腸癌患者外周血CK20 mRNA呈陽性表達者術(shù)前為19例（45.24%），術(shù)后為14例（33.33%）； 20例大腸癌患者新鮮癌組織中CK20 mRNA表達均為陽性。而正常對照組20例外周血CK20 mRNA表達均為陰性。且大腸癌外周血CK20 mRNA陽性表達與組織學(xué)類型無關(guān)（P gt;0.05），但與有無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、肝轉(zhuǎn)移及Dukes分期有關(guān)（P＜0.05）。
結(jié)論 檢測外周血中CK20 mRNA表達將有助于大腸癌的早期診斷、預(yù)后的判斷及治療方案的制定。
